Sub. : Intimation of temporary close down of plants and office due to COVID-19
Ref. : Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
Dear Sir / Madam,
In continuation of the letter dated 23[rd] March, 2020 on the abovesaid subject and referred regulation, it is hereby further informed that in view of the directions issued by the Central, State and / or Local Authorities, the Company has decided to continue the close down of plants located at Vallabh Vidyanagar in State of Gujarat and its offices for another 21 days upto 14[th] April, 2020 or for such further period as may be notified by the Government/regulatory authorities.
The Company has already adopted Work from Home policy to minimize the risk and spread of COVID-19.
The Company is closely monitoring the situation and will take all necessary measures as directed by the Respective government authorities in this respect.
The impact of the lock down of operations cannot be assessed at this point and the Operations of the Company will be restored once the Government relaxes the norms.
