Trading Update

The Board of Elecosoft has pleasure in releasing a trading update for the four months ended 30 April 2016.

Elecosoft continues to win significant new software contracts both in the UK and international markets with new and existing customers and is trading in line with market expectations.

Based on unaudited management accounts for the first four months of 2016, turnover increased to £5.9m (2015: £5.4m restated) up 10 per cent on the same period last year.

Profit on trading for the first four months of 2016 was £518,000 (2015: restated £449,000) up 15 per cent and after accounting for a Director's termination payment of £109,000 in the period, Profit Before Tax for the period was £409,000 (2015: restated £449,000).
