Directorate Change

The Board of Elecosoft announces that Nick Caw, who was appointed CEO of Elecosoft on 2 July 2014, has now left the company to pursue new interests. The Board wishes to acknowledge Nick's significant contribution to the transformation of Elecosoft during his time with us. 

John Ketteley, Executive Chairman of Elecosoft plc said:

"It has been a pleasure to work with Nick as Chief Executive Officer. We appreciate his contribution and wish him every success in the future. "

The Board also announces that Jason Ruddle has been appointed Chief Operating Officer and will continue to be an Executive Director of the Company. He will work closely alongside John Ketteley, Executive Chairman and the management team to deliver the Company's growth strategy.

The resultant Board composition is as follows:
