Elbit Systems Announces the Results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Held on August 14, 2007
Haifa, Israel, August 14, 2007 Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ : ESLT) announced today that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held on August 13, 2007 at the Company's offices in Haifa, the proposed resolutions described in the Proxy Statement to the Shareholders dated July 6, 2007, (the "Proxy") and detailed hereunder were approved by the required majority:
- Election of seven directors to the Company's Board of Directors;
- Appointment of the Company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007.
