Haifa, Israel, July 30, 2007 — Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ:ESLT) clarified that in response to press reports appearing today regarding Elbit Systems’ selection to participate in an Indian program for the upgrade of 51 Mirage 2000-H aircraft, no such selection announcement or contract has been received by Elbit Systems.
