ELBIT IMAGING LTD. ANNOUNCES NOTES BUYBACK

Tel Aviv, Israel, February 25, 2016, Elbit Imaging Ltd. (“EI” or the “Company”) (TASE, NASDAQ: EMITF) announced today, further to the Company’s announcement dated February 1, 2016 regard the Board of Directors resolution to approve new notes' Buy-Back plan of the Company's series H (“The Notes”) which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange ("TASE"), the repurchases of the following Notes was executed since the 1[st] of February, 2016 to the date herein:
