ELBIT IMAGING LTD. ANNOUNCES BOARD APPROVES NOTES BUYBACK PROGRAM
Tel Aviv, Israel, October 15, 2008 , Elbit Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: EMITF) (" EI " or the " Company ") announces that it’s Boards of Directors has approved the repurchase of up to NIS 50 million (approximately USD 14 million) of the Company’s Series A through F Notes, which are traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The re-purchases will be made from time to time in the open market on the Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange, privately negotiated transactions or a combination of the two. The Board approval shall not be deemed a commitment to purchase any notes. The timing and amounts of any notes repurchased will be determined by the Company’s Management based on its evaluation of market conditions and other factors. The repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
