Elanor Investors Group – Admission and Commencement of Official Quotation

Description

Elanor Investors Limited (Company) and Elanor Investment Fund (Fund) are expected to be admitted to the official list of ASX Limited (ASX) on Friday 11 July 2014.

Each fully paid ordinary share in the Company and each fully paid unit in the Fund will be stapled together forming a stapled security which will trade under the name Elanor Investors Group (Group).

Official quotation of the Group’s stapled securities is expected to commence at 12:00pm AEST on Friday 11 July 2014 on a deferred settlement basis. The Company is expected to raise approximately $76,000,000 pursuant to the offer under its product disclosure statement and prospectus dated 16 June 2014 (Prospectus) by the issue of 60,800,000 stapled securities at an issue price of up to $1.25 per stapled security.
