ELANIX BIOTECHNOLOGIES AG: CRIMINAL CHARGES HAVE BEEN FILED AGAINST THE FORMER CEO THOMAS J. SVOBODA ALONG WITH FURTHER TWO SUSPECTED ACCOMPLICES. FURTHERMORE, PROFESSOR LAURENT-APPLEGATE, FOUNDER AND INTERIM-CEO, ANNOUNCES TRANSFER OF SHARES IN ELANIX BIOTECHNOLOGIES AG.
Frankfurt, 13 May 2019 – Elanix Biotechnologies AG (“Elanix” or the “Company”) has filed criminal charges against the former CEO Thomas J. Svoboda. Criminal charges will also be filed against two further accomplices of Mr. Svoboda.
Furthermore, Professor Laurent-Applegate, founder and Interim-CEO of Elanix, has announced that today, she has transferred a total of 1,038,609 shares of Elanix to Anja Silling (Chairman Of The Supervisory Board). This is equivalent to approximately 12.85 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital. The purchase price is EUR 1.00 which is significantly below the current market price.
