Elanders expands the Board
Elanders AB's nomination committee will propose a new member of the Board at the Annual General Meeting, Caroline Sundewall.
Caroline Sundewall is currently the Chair of the Board of Cloetta and the Streber Cup association. She is also a member of the boards of Cramo (Finland), Hemfosa, Lifco, Mertzig Asset Management and Södra Skogsägarna. Caroline previously worked as Business Controller at Ratos and as a financial journalist. Caroline has also previously been active in other boards, among other things as Chair of Svolder and as a member of the boards of TeliaSonera, Electrolux, Haldex, Pågen and Ahlsell.
The nomination committee also proposes the reelection of the existing Board members;
