EKTER S.A. announces that it has received approval from the competent authorities for the construction of its new facilities, which will house the company's headquarters, on a privately owned plot of land at the junction of Chalandriou and Garyttou streets, in Agia Paraskevi.
More specifically, a four-storey office building with Exceptional Environmental Performance, in accordance with the LEED Gold standard, will be constructed, with a total surface area of approximately 1,000 sq.m., along with three underground levels of auxiliary spaces with a total surface area of approximately 2,250 sq.m. Construction works are expected to commence immediately, with completion scheduled within the first half of 2027.
The new headquarters of EKTER S.A. have been designed based on the principles of sustainable construction, aiming, among other things, at optimal energy and environmental performance of the building. These are modern, energy-efficient facilities equipped with installed photovoltaic panels and green roofing, reducing the environmental footprint while offering high functionality and contemporary aesthetics. They are also expected to contribute significantly to the creation of a workplace-friendly environment, supporting the company's development and long-term vision.
