New contract for EKTER S.A. at Ellinikon

Athens, 16 January 2026

EKTER S.A., in application of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange, hereby informs the investment community that on 16 January 2026 it proceeded with the signing of a contract with Orilina Properties S.A.

This contract completes the process for the award of the construction works of the residential complex "Marina Residences by Kengo Kuma" in the Ellinikon area, which is scheduled to be completed within 2027.

The project consists of 20 luxury residences, the design of which has been undertaken by the renowned architect Kengo Kuma, who designs buildings that express the philosophy of contemporary Mediterranean living, combining the natural quality of materials, transparency, and harmonious integration into the environment.

With the addition of the above project, the outstanding backlog of EKTER S.A.'s signed contracts now amounts to €144.42 million €.
