Yönetim Kurulu'muzun 24.05.2023 tarihli toplantısında,

Şirketimizin, 2022 yılı faaliyetleri sonucunda, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu ("SPK") düzenlemeleri uyarınca hazırlanmış olan bağımsız denetimden geçmiş finansal tablolarında 224.359.169 TL net dönem karı olmasına karşın, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanmış yasal kayıtlarımız da yer alan 48.308.947 TL dönem net karı ile 76.058.714 TL tutarındaki geçmiş yıllar zararının netleşmesi sonucunda net dağıtılabilir kar bulunmadığından, genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmamasına ve SPK'nın kar dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemelerine uygun olarak, dağıtılabilir net dönem karından ortaklara kar payı dağıtılmamasının Genel Kurul'a önerilmesine, karar verilmiştir.
