Dividend Rate Table Explanations

Şirket yönetim kurulunun 10.05.2022 tarihli 2022-10 sayılı kararı çerçevesinde; Şirketimiz, 1 Ocak - 31 Aralık 2021 hesap dönemine ilişkin; TTK ve Vergi Usul Kanunu kapsamında hazırlanan finansal tablolarına göre ise 16.340.750,33.-TL "Net Dönem Zararı, "SPK'nın "Sermaye Piyasasında Finansal Raporlamaya İlişkin Esaslar Tebliği" ("II-14.1") hükümleri dahilinde Kamu Gözetimi, Muhasebe ve Denetim Standartları Kurumu ("KGK") tarafından yayımlanan Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları ("TMS") ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları ("TFRS")'na uygun olarak hazırlanan, sunum esasları SPK'nın konuya ilişkin Kararları uyarınca belirlenen, bağımsız denetimden geçmiş Finansal Tablolarına göre; 14.111.097.-TL "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmasına rağmen, geçmiş yıl zararları düşüldükten sonra dağıtılabilir dönem karı mevcut olmadığından dolayı; SPK'nın kâr dağıtımına ilişkin düzenlemeleri dâhilinde, 1 Ocak- 31 Aralık 2021 hesap dönemine ilişkin olarak herhangi bir kâr dağıtımı yapılmayacağı hususu, 14.06.2022 tarihinde yapılacak toplantıda Genel Kurulun bilgisine sunulmasına, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun özel durumların kamuya açıklanmasına ilişkin düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde kamuya açıklanmasına, Toplantıda hazır bulunan üyelerin oybirliğiyle karar verilmiştir.
