EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF), announces that Lurene Joseph, Non-Executive Director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

In the Final Results issued on the 12 April 2016 the Company previously stated that Lurene would stand down at the AGM, but having completed all her Audit Committee responsibilities Lurene has decided to stand down to pursue alternative interests.

Julian Baines, Chief Executive Officer of EKF, said: "The Board would like to thank Lurene for her work on the Board and in particular her valuable contribution as part of the Audit Committee and we wish her well for the future."
