EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc (AIM: EKF) announces that Tito Bacarese-Hamilton, Chief Technology Officer, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect and will leave the Company on 31 December 2015.

Dr Bacarese-Hamilton has been granted a share option to acquire 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an exercise price of 22.5 pence, being the price of an EKF ordinary share on the 30 May 2015. The option can be exercised at any time until 31 December 2016 and has been granted under the Company's Unapproved Share Option Plan. This is the second tranche of three tranches which were to be granted under Dr Bacarese-Hamilton's contract of employment. The third tranche will not be granted.
