26.02.2025 tarihli açıklamamızda,  Sarıyer Belediye Encümeni tarafından alınan karar ile askı süresi içinde yapılan itirazların reddedilerek parselasyon planının kesinleştirildiği ifade edilmişti.

Bu defa, parselasyon planı Kadastro Müdürlüğü'nce onaylanmış ve Tapu Müdürlüğü'nce tescil edilerek toplam yaklaşık 41,5 bin metrekare büyüklüğündeki arsa tapuları çıkarılmıştır.

In our disclosure dated 26.02.2025, it was mentioned that, with the decision taken by the Sarıyer Municipality Council, the objections made during the public display period were rejected, and the parceling plan was finalized.

This time, the parceling plan has been approved by the Cadastre Directorate and registered by the Land Registry Directorate, with land titles for a total area of approximately 41.5 thousand square meters being issued.
