Şirketimizin Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartları'na (TFRS) göre hazırlanan konsolide finansal tablolarının aktifinde yer alan yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkullerinin Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları (TMS) 40 Yatırım Amaçlı Gayrimenkuller Standardı kapsamında -31.12.2022 tarihli finansal tablolardan itibaren- finansal tablolara gerçeğe uygun değerleri ile yansıtılmasına ilişkin muhasebe politikası değişikliğine gidilmesine karar verilmiştir. Söz konusu muhasebe politikasına ve finansal tablolara olan etkisine ilişkin açıklama, kamuya açıklanan 31 Aralık 2022 tarihli finansal tabloların 2.3.1 numaralı dipnotunda yer almaktadır.

It has been decided to change the accounting policy regarding the reflection of the investment properties included in the assets of our company's consolidated financial statements prepared in accordance with Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) to the financial statements with their fair values within the scope of Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS) 40 Investment Properties Standard, as of financial statements dated 31.12.2022. The explanation regarding the said accounting policy and its effect on the financial statements is included in the footnote numbered 2.3.1 of the financial statements dated 31 December 2022 that was announced to the public.
