5 Şubat 2021 tarihinde yaptığımız açıklamada özetle; Kartal Belediyesi Meclisi'nce 04.02.2021 tarihinde gerçekleştirilen toplantıda İstanbul İli Kartal ilçesindeki Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.'nin(*) de maliki olduğu  taşınmazın yer aldığı arazinin  alt bölgelerine ilişkin 1/1000 ölçekli Uygulama İmar Planlarının kabul edildiği ve söz konusu karar kapsamında imar planlarının onaylanarak kesinleşmesi için İstanbul Büyükşehir ve Kartal Belediyelerince yürütülecek gerekli prosedürlerin tamamlanması gerektiği duyurulmuştu.

17 Mart 2022 tarihinde yaptığımız açıklamada ise kısaca; İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi (İBB) Meclisi'nin toplantısında, ilgili bölgelere ilişkin İBB İmar ve Bayındırlık Komisyonu raporunun kabul edildiği ve söz konusu karar kapsamında, 1/1000 ölçekli uygulama imar planının kesinleşmesi için İBB tarafından yürütülecek prosedürlerin (İBB Başkanlık onayı, onay sonrası 1 aylık askı süreci, askı süresi sonunda itirazların değerlendirilerek sonuca bağlanması) tamamlanması durumunda kamuya ayrıca açıklama yapılacaği belirtilmişti.

Bu defa Kartal Belediyesi'nden bahsi geçen 1/1000 ölçekli uygulama imar planının 30 gün süreyle  askıya çıkarıldığı öğrenilmiştir.

Askı süresi sonunda olası itirazların değerlendirilerek sonuca bağlanması durumunda kamuya ayrıca açıklama yapılacaktır.

(*) İstanbul İli Kartal ilçesindeki arazinin mülkiyeti Şirketimize ait olmayıp, ana ortaklığımız Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.'nin mülkiyetindedir. Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.'nin sermayesinde Şirketimiz %37,28; Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. %11,54 oranında pay sahibidir.

In our statement that we made on February 5, 2021, we briefly disclosed that in the meeting of Kartal Municipal Council held on 04.02.2021, the 1/1000 scale of Implementation Zoning Plans concerning sub-regions of the land owned by Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş.(*), in the Kartal district of Istanbul province, have been accepted, and that the necessary procedures to be carried out by Istanbul Municipality and Kartal Municipality must be completed for the finalization of the zoning plans by being approved within the scope of the said decision.

In the statement that we made on March 17, 2022, it was briefly stated that in the meeting of the Council of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), the report of Council of IMM Reconstruction and Public Works regarding the related regions was accepted, and that within the scope of that decision, a separate public announcement will be made following the completion of necessary procedures to be carried out by IMM (i.e.; the approval of the Mayor's office of the IMM, one month waiting/suspension period, evaluating and concluding the objections at the end of such waiting/suspension period) for the finalization of the 1/1000 scale of implementation zoning plan.

This time, the information has been learned from Kartal Municipality that the subject 1/1000 scale of implementation zonning plan has been suspended for 30 days.At the end of the suspension period, if possible objections are evaluated and finalized, a separate public announcement will be made.

(*) Our Company does not retain the property of the land located within boundaries of Kartal district, Istanbul province, it is the property of our parent company Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş. Our company holds a share of 37.28% in the capital of Eczacıbaşı Holding A.Ş., whereas Eczacıbaşı Yatırım Holding Ortaklığı A.Ş. holds a share of 11.54% in the said capital.
