Şirketimiz Ana Sözleşmesi'nin "Yönetim Kurulu Toplantıları" başlıklı 11.maddesinin ekteki şekilde tadil edilmesi hususu, 18.04.2022 tarihli Genel Kurul'da pay sahipleri tarafından onaylanmış, 25.04.2022 tarihinde İstanbul Ticaret Sicili Müdürlüğü tarafından tescil edilmiş ve 27.04.2022 tarih, 10568 sayılı Türkiye Ticaret Sicili Gazetesi'nde yayımlanmıştır.

The amendment of Article 11 of our Company's Articles of Association titled "Board of Directors Meetings" as attached; is approved by shareholders at the General Assembly dated 18.04.2022, registered by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 25.04.2022 and published on the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette numbered 10568 and dated 27.04.2022.
