The General Assembly resolution dated 18.04.2022 on the selection of PwC Bağımsız Denetim ve Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. as the independent auditor to audit our Company's financial reports for the year 2022 accounting period and to fulfill all other obligations required for the auditors by related regulations has been registered on 25.04.2022 and published in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette on 27.04.2022.
