EIM: Changes in Board of Directors

Jóhanna á Bergi was appointed to Board of Directors of Eimskip at a board meeting today, but she has been a member of the alternate Board of Directors since 2013. She is CEO of the Faroese airline Atlantic Airways, but was priorly CEO of P/f Faroe Ship, Eimskip’s subsidiary in Faroe Islands. Further information on Jóhanna can be found on the investor site.

Today the Board of Directors elected Hrund Rudolfsdóttur as Vice Chairman of the board, replacing Víglundur Thorsteinsson who passed away recently.
