1. A Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday 13[th] March 2020, inter alia, to consider and approve declaration of Interim Dividend for the Financial Year 2019-2020.

3. Payment of Dividend will be on Thursday 26[th] March 2020 by way of NACH/ dispatch of dividend warrants.
