Success of the capital increase reserved for Eiffage employees
Eiffage did announce in February a capital increase reserved for the Group employees in France, Belgium, Luxemburg and Senegal.
A significant numbers of employees did subscribe to this operation via the "Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2014" FCPE.
The capital increase amounts to 102,973,588.60 euros and leads to the creation of 2,832,836 new shares (equal to 3.17 % of the share currently issued), at a price of 36.35 euros per share.
The capital of the company has been increased from 357,754,520 euros to 369,085,864 euros and is now made of 92,271,466 shares of 4 euros of nominal value.
The main details of the offer were described on a press release dated 26 th February 2014.
After the operation, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat Relais 2014 will hold 3.07% of the capital of the company.
