Eiffage did announce in February a capital increase reserved for the Group employees in France.
A significant number of employees did subscribe to this operation via the "Eiffage Actionnariat" FCPE.
The capital increase amounts to 59,644,273.80 euros and leads to the creation of 2,276,499 new shares (equal to 2.61 % of the share currently issued), at a price of 26.20 euros per share. The capital of the company has been increased from 348,648,524 euros to 357,754,520 euros and is now made of 89 438 630 shares of 4 euros of nominal value.
The main details of the offer were described on a press release dated 27th February 2013.
After the operation, the FCPE Eiffage Actionnariat will hold 2.55% of the capital of the company.
