Eiffage breaks ground on the future 25 000m² oncology innovation-focused building for Kadans Science Partner on the Campus Grand Parc in Villejuif

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has today initiated the construction of the future laboratory and office complex for Kadans Science Partner, the European firm specialising in developing and managing buildings for the health sector, as part of a project to develop the Campus Grand Parc in Villejuif (Val-de-Marne).

This project, the first for this operator in France, comprises three buildings ranging from seven to nine storeys high, with combined floor space of 25,000 m² . The future complex will be built on a shared four-storey base around a central island, designed to promote interaction and exchanges, with two reception halls. It will be equipped with a company restaurant, multi-use hall and shared terrace. Two basement levels are dedicated to parking.

This project was designed by the architects Baumschlager Eberle and SAME Architectes. In terms of environmental and energy performance, the project is targeting Breeam International Excellent certification, the E+C- Label at E2C1 level, and the WiredScore Silver Label.

Eiffage Construction will be responsible for the building works on a general contracting basis. The design phase began in July, and construction started recently with a view to delivery in 2025.
