Eiffage has acquired 1% of its capital from Bpifrance

Bpifrance announced today the launch of a private placement of 7.6 millions Eiffage shares, representing 7.8% of Eiffage share capital.

Eiffage wished to accompany this transaction and, in accordance with the authorization granted by its shareholders during the shareholders' meeting held on April 20, 2016, has acquired, in parallel with the placement, one million shares representing 1.02% of Eiffage share capital, at the placement price of €66.20 per share.

Bpifrance, who is a shareholder of Eiffage since 2006, will own post transaction 5.7% of Eiffage capital.
