Eiffage continues to actively manage its PPP portfolio by selling five projects to Quaero Capital

Eiffage has recently concluded with Quaero Capital the following disposal in the field of education and research in France:

• 80% of the capital and the current account of Cologen and NPBS, respectively holders of the PPP contracts of 3 colleges in the Var and the University of Lorraine in Nancy,
• 85% of the capital and the current account of Eiffinov, Melaudix and Melotech, respectively holders of the PPP contracts of the universities of Lille, Aix-Marseille and Lorraine in Metz.

This transaction for an amount of close to €150 million corresponding to the debt¹ and equity of the disposed companies is effective as at 31/12/2021.

Eiffage will continue to manage and maintain these projects until the end of the contracts, marking the permanence of its commitment as a long-term industrial partner of its public customers.
