Eiffage closes the acquisition of 49.99% of Toulouse-Blagnac airport

Eiffage has closed today the acquisition of 49.99% of the capital of the Aéroport Toulouse-Blagnac (ATB) company. ATB is the concession company until 2046 of France 5 th largest airport with 9.6M passengers in 2018.

With a presence in Occitanie region strong of 3,000 staff, the Group has regularly worked with the ATB teams on various projects. It intends to position itself as a long term partner of the public co-shareholders towards the airport development.

This acquisition of close to 500 million of euros fits in Eiffage strategy aimed at diversifying its concessions portfolio as well as lengthening its duration in the territories where it has a long standing presence.
