ADDITIONAL CONTRIBUTION TO THE LIQUIDITY CONTRACT

Pursuant to the liquidity contract granted to NATIXIS, EIFFAGE made an additional contribution for an amount of 5,000,000 Euros on May 19th, 2014.

During the half-year report as of December 31st, 2013, the following elements were in the liquidity account:

• 48,244 EIFFAGE shares
• € 3,778,642.04

For information, the following elements appeared on the liquidity account at the time of the implementation of the liquidity contract:

• 84,292 EIFFAGE shares
• € 2,646,967.30
