On March 11, 2015, Mr Bruno Fortmeier, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Eifelhöhen-Klinik AG, Bonn, Germany, have exceeded the 15% threshold of the
Voting Rights on March 11, 2015 and on that day amounted to 15.08% (this
corresponds to 470642 Voting Rights).
15.08% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 470642 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Mr Fortmeier in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
