to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
Eifelhöhen-Klinik AG, Bonn, Germany, have exceeded the 10% threshold of the
Voting Rights on November 04, 2014 and on that day amounted to 10.01% (this
corresponds to 312296 Voting Rights).
