In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. May 13, 2022, have, inter-alia, approved the re-appointment of M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration Number: FRN 301003E/E300005) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for second term of five years commencing from the conclusion of 40[th] Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of the 45[th] AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing 40th AGM of the Company.
Pursuant to SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 a brief profile of M/s. S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP is enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
