GAMBIER GOLD ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

VANCOUVER, BC – November 25, 2020 – Gambier Gold Corp. ( TSX-V: GGAU ) (the “Company” ) announces that it has received an extension from the TSX Venture Exchange (the “ TSX- V”) further to the October 9, 2020 News Release announcing a non-brokered private placement. The outside date upon which final acceptance of the Private Placement will be granted by the TSX-V has been extended to December 23, 2020. The Private Placement is subject to the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the final approval of the Exchange.
