Egide hereby provides notice to shareholders of the Annual Ordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 9:00am, in the lounge of Pavillon Kléber, 7 rue Cimarosa, Paris.
The agenda of the meeting and the text of the resolutions presented to the Shareholders' Meeting were published in the BALO (French official notices gazette) on May 9, 2018 (www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr) and are online on the company's website (www.egide-group.com).
