SHAREHOLDERS' ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTIFICATION TO ATTEND

Egide hereby provides notice to shareholders of the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday 16 June 2016 at 10:00am in the lounge of Pavillon Kléber, 7 rue Cimarosa, 75116 Paris.

The agenda of the meeting and the text of the resolutions presented to the Shareholders' Meeting were published in the BALO (French official notices gazette) on May 30, 2016 (www.journal-officiel.gouv.fr), in a legal ads newspaper and are online on the company's website (www.eqide-group.com).
