Additional Explanations

TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre 885.137.752,00.- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nın 519. maddesi uyarınca %5 oranında 40.059.791,45.- TL 1. tertip yedek akçe ayrılmıştır. 2024 yılında yapılan 5.709.444,58 .- TL tutarında "Bağışlar" ilave edildikten sonra, 850.787.405,13.-TL Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olduğu görülmüştür.

Yasal Kayıtlara göre tutulan 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait "Dönem Vergi Gideri" ayrıldıktan sonra 801.195.828,91.- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nın 519. maddesi uyarınca %5 oranında 40.059.791,45.-TL 1.tertip yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra 761.136.037,46.- TL tutarında Kar Payı Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı oluştuğu görülmüştür.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 10.04.2025 tarihinde;

1-) 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait Yasal Kayıtların esas alınmasına,

2-) Brüt 545.000.000 TL kar payı dağıtılması, Esas Sözleşme ve TTK uyarınca; 51.775.000.- TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına, dağıtılacak 545.000.000,00 -TL'nin; 545.000.000,00 TL sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine hisse başına brüt 1,00 TL ( hisse başına brüt % 100), tutarında 20 Mayıs 2025 ve 20 Kasım 2025 tarihlerinde iki eşit taksit olarak ödenmesi önerisinin yapılacak Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiştir.
