Additional Explanations

TFRS'ye uygun olarak hazırlanan 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolara göre 885.137.752,00.- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nın 519. maddesi uyarınca %5 oranında 40.059.791,45.- TL 1. tertip yedek akçe ayrılmıştır. 2024 yılında yapılan 5.709.444,58 .- TL tutarında "Bağışlar" ilave edildikten sonra, 850.787.405,13.-TL Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı olduğu görülmüştür.

Yasal Kayıtlara göre tutulan 01.01.2024 – 31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait "Dönem Vergi Gideri" ayrıldıktan sonra 801.195.828,91.- TL tutarında "Net Dönem Karı" oluşmuş olup bu tutardan TTK'nın 519. maddesi uyarınca %5 oranında 40.059.791,45.-TL 1.tertip yedek akçe düşüldükten sonra 761.136.037,46.- TL tutarında Kar Payı Net Dağıtılabilir Dönem Karı oluştuğu görülmüştür.

Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 10.04.2025 tarihinde;

1-) 01.01.2024-31.12.2024 hesap dönemine ait Yasal Kayıtların esas alınmasına,

2-) Brüt 545.000.000 TL kar payı dağıtılması, Esas Sözleşme ve TTK uyarınca; 51.775.000.- TL genel kanuni yedek akçe ayrılmasına, dağıtılacak 545.000.000,00 -TL'nin; 545.000.000,00 TL sermayeyi temsil eden hisse senedi sahiplerine hisse başına brüt 1,00 TL ( hisse başına brüt % 100), tutarında 20 Mayıs 2025 ve 20 Kasım 2025 tarihlerinde iki eşit taksit olarak ödenmesi önerisinin yapılacak Şirketimiz Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı'nda pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına karar verilmiş ve 12.05.2025 tarihli Genel Kurul'da oy birliği ile kabul edilmiştir.
