Şirketimiz Yönetim Kurulu tarafından 21.02.2024 tarihinde;

Kar Dağıtım Politikamız, karlılık ve nakit durumunu dikkate alarak, II-19.1 sayılı Kar Payı Tebliği kapsamında;

- Ortaklara 431,270,000.00.-TL tutarında nakden temettü dağıtılması, Vergi Usul Kanunu'na göre hazırlanan kayıtlar ve SPK düzenlemelerine göre hazırlanan finansal tablolarda dağıtıma konu 431,270,000.00.-TL temettünün ve ayrılacak 43,127,000.00.- TL genel kanuni yedek akçenin olağanüstü yedeklerden karşılanması,

- Gerçekleştirilen hesaplamalara göre, dağıtılacak 431,270,000.00.-TL temettünün 1 TL nominal değerli pay için brüt 5,325584.- TL (% 532.56), net 4.793025.- TL (% 479.30) olarak ödenmesi,

- Temettü dağıtımının, kaydileştirme düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde, Merkezi Kayıt Kuruluşu A.Ş. tarafından belirlenen esaslara göre 26 Mart 2024 tarihinden itibaren yapılması;

hususlarının toplanacak Olağanüstü Genel Kurul'da pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına ve işbu kararın Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu'nda yayınlanmasına karar vermiştir.
