EFG Holding Announces the Distribution Date of Its Bonus Shares

EFG Holding announces the following:

The increase in the Company's issued capital from EGP5,838,424,030 to EGP7,298,030,040 with an increase of EGP 1,459,606,010 by issuing 291,921,202 bonus shares as per its OGM and EGM held on 13th May 2023 and 24th May 2023, respectively. This increase will be financed from the retained earnings account as presented in the financial statements for the year ended 31st December 2022.

The Company will distribute 0.25 bonus share for every 1 share held by each shareholder with a dividend date "Record date" 30/07/2023 and an ex-dividend date "EX-Date" 31/07/2023.
