Pursuant to Regulation 29 (1)(d) and 30 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that the Board Meeting of the Company was held today i.e. Wednesday, the 1[st] day of March, 2023 at registered office of the Company at 11.00 A.M., inter alia, considered and approved the following:
- 1,54,500 warrants converted into 1,54,500 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued at a price Rs. 140/- to Promoter on a preferential basis; and details of the conversion of warrants into equity are as under:
