PDMR Shareholding
eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces that is has been informed that, on 28 July 2022, Crispin Goldsmith, Chief Financial Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group ("PDMR"), transferred a total of 530,100 ordinary shares of 0.3p each in eEnergy ("Ordinary Shares"), from his 100%-owned personal services company, OAR Advisors Ltd, to his personal name for nil consideration.
The transfer of Ordinary Shares occurred as part of a solvent liquidation of this services company and Crispin continues to hold 530,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued share capital.
