Possible Share Placing

Alexander Mining plc, the AIM-listed mining, minerals and metals processing technology company, announces that, following the completion of the capital reorganisation approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 28 June 2019, the Company is in the process of exploring a share placing ("Placing") with existing and new investors at a discount to the closing share price on 19 July 2019 of 0.045p per share.
