eEnergy (AIM: EAAS), the net zero energy services provider, announces that John Hornby, Non-Executive Director of the Company and CEO of Luceco plc ("Luceco"), has stepped down as a Director of the Company, with immediate effect.  The Company's Board and management wish to thank John for his diligent service to the Company. 

Luceco remains a supplier of LED products to the Company.

The Company is progressing the appointment of a replacement Non-Executive Director and will provide an update in due course.
