Notice of AGM
eEnergy Group plc announces that Notice of the Group's Annual General Meeting is now available on the Company's website and can be accessed via www.eenergyplc.com/investors/ The notice was posted to shareholders on 3 December 2020.
The Annual General Meeting of the Group will be held at 10.00 a.m. on 30 December 2020.
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic and measures put in place by the UK Government, the Board has decided, in line with current legislation, that shareholders will not be permitted to attend the Annual General Meeting in person this year. Shareholders must register their vote in advance of the Annual General Meeting by appointing the Chairman of the Annual General Meeting as proxy, with voting instructions.
