Ad-hoc Information : Resignation of Chairman
Zug, September 15, 2016
EEII AG announces that Mr. Heinz-Dieter Waffel, Chairman of the Board EEII AG, will resign from his position as Chairman of the company effective 30 September 2016.
Heinz-Dieter Waffel has served as the company’s Chairman since 2005 and has tendered his resignation since he has reached retirement age and intends to reduce his external commitments.
Victor Lorenz Gnehm, currently Vice Chairman, will fill in as his successor until the next ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders. He will assume the office of Chairman as of October 1 st 2016.
The Company and its shareholders would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Heinz-Dieter Waffel for his many years of outstanding and dedicated services to the Company.
