Ad-hoc Information : Appointment of new CEO and new Advisor

Zug, December 12, 2016

EEII AG announces that Mr. Andres Heusser, CEO of EEII AG, will resign from his position effective 31 st December, 2016 and will be replaced by Mr. Marcus H. Bühler, Member of the Board of Weissenstein & Partner AG, Zürich. Weissenstein & Partner will also act as EEII’s Advisor starting January 1 st , 2017.

EEII welcomes Marcus H. Bühler and Weissenstein & Partner to their new positions, and expresses its sincere thanks to Andres Heusser who has worked for the Company in various capacities since 2008 and as its CEO since 2014, and to AIL Structured Finance AG who has served as the Company’s Advisor since 2008, for their many years of outstanding and dedicated services to the Company.
