EDPR completes Asset Rotation deal for a 190 MWac (229 MWdc) solar portfolio in Spain
Madrid, December 30th 2025: Following the information released to the market on August 4 th 2025, EDP Renováveis, S.A. (EDPR) is pleased to announce the completion of the Sale and Purchase Agreement with Prosolia Energy to sell a 100% equity stake in a 190 MWac (229 MWdc) solar portfolio in Spain for an estimated Enterprise Value of €0.16 billion.
The transaction scope comprises five operating solar plants located in the region of Andalucía and Castilla y León, with an average asset life of less than one year. These projects benefit from long-term Power Purchase Agreements.
This information is disclosed pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of the article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
