EDP informs about PPA secured for a 200 MWac solar project in US

Lisbon, December 22^nd, 2025: EDP, S.A. (EDP), through its 71.3% owned subsidiary EDP Renováveis, S.A. ("EDPR"), has secured a 15-year Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with a large global technology company for the clean energy generated by a 200 MWac (279 MWdc) solar project in White County, Indiana, US.

Expected to become operational in 2027, this project further strengthens EDPR's presence in US by expanding its 3.4 GW of solar capacity currently in operation or under construction, reinforcing its role as a trusted partner for to provide clean energy to technology corporations.

With this agreement, EDP continues to emphasize its low-risk profile and growth strategy by developing competitive projects with long-term visibility, delivering competitive, reliable, and clean power generation solutions.
