In light of the resolution adopted at the Ordinary General Meeting of Edita Food Industries SAE convened on Sunday, April 6, 2025, approving the proposed profit distribution, the Company announces that the dividend distribution announcement approved by Misr for Central Clearing, Depository and Registry (MCDR) will be published in the newspapers on April 10, 2025.  Set out below a summary of the details of the distribution announcement:
